“Desert Morning makes her handicap debut on her 2nd start for new connections. Didn’t show much for previous handler but posted a good effort on first run for the Carson yard. Although she was only 3rd of the 5 runners last time and easily put into her place by the front two, it was still a good effort. The winner is rated 15lbs higher and the runner up who has won since, rated 10lbs superior. This filly should have improved for that run, her first for just over 9 months.”
