RUSSIA vs SWEDEN “Russia – Sweden (5 September 2015) European Championship 2016 Qualification – Match PreviewOn Saturday Group G reserves a crucial qualifying game. Russia take on second-ranked Sweden at Otkrytie Arena in Moscow. With only eight points from six games, the Russian team chances to go through the direct route in Euro 2016 are starting to look slim. They need a positive result to stay in touch with the top two teams in Group. Sweden on the other side travels to Moscow knowing a win would be a major step toward UEFA Euro 2016. Referee of the game is Mister Mark Clattenburg from England.  Analysis Russia vs Sweden

This is the battle for Group G second place, with Austria who established a four-point lead from Sweden and eight-point from Russia, and seems set to qualify for Euro 2016. After Fabio Capello left the job in July, Leonid Slutski was appointed as the new Russian National Team head coach. He combines the position with his role at PFC CSKA Moskva. After seven home wins in a row from 2011, Russia failed to win their last two Group G home games (1-1 draw to Moldova and a 0-1 lost to Austria). Sweden is still unbeaten in their six Group G games and have not yet conceded more than one goal in any single game. The Scandinavian lost only once in their last six games between qualifying and international friendly game: the friendly against France, in November 18-th 2014. Sweden won three of their last four matches. Russia’s last win over Sweden was in Euro 2008, during the group stage, while Sweden has not beaten Russia in 21 years, since the 1994 World Cup. Russia team news Russia plays to win in the debut game of coach Slutski. A victory could change the campaign, and the automatic place in France would be just behind the corner, with three games remaining: Liechtenstein, Moldova and Montenegro. The Russian coach has included five of his club players in the squad, one of them keeper Akinfeev, who was struck by a flare earlier this year in Montenegro. All but one of the players in Slutsky’s squad play in their home nation: Real Madrid midfielder Denis Cheryshev.  Sweden team news Zlatan Ibrahimovic is the key player for the visitors. The Paris Saint Germain star has scored half of the Sweden 10 goals in Group G. But Sweden is more than that and the team’s form has improved during the qualifying campaign. This is a tricky week for the Scandinavians, cause they face Austria, the group leaders just three days after the trip to Moscow. Kim Kallstrom is absent through suspension, while Martin Olsson is in doubt through injury. All of the Sweden’s squad play across the Europe, and Abdul Khalili is the only uncapped player in their squad.  Betting tip – RUSSIA win This is a must win game for Russia. Losing or even a draw isn’t an option for Leonid Slutski men. Sweden and Coach Erik Hamren know they could play for just one point, as they have done in their last two out of three away games in Euro 2016 qualifiers. Wining in Moscow this weekend is vital and Russia remains the favorite team on paper. The 2018 World Cup hosts have the second best attack in Group G scoring nine times, just two goals fewer than Austria. This is why we go for the Russia win.”

SAN MARINO vs ENGLAND

“San Marino – England (5 September 2015) European Championship 2016 Qualification – Match Preview England, the top team of Group E, will face the bottom one, San Marino. In Serravalle’s San Marino Stadium match the Three Lions will look to maintain their 100% record in the European Qualifiers, having won all of their six first games. With a victory, England will guarantee their place at UEFA Euro 2016 in their first autumn qualifier. This depends on the Slovenia’s result against Switzerland. This is a very important game also for England’s captain, Wayne Rooney, who has a chance to break Sir Bobby Charlton goalscoring record of 49 goals. Te Manchester United striker has 48 goals in 105 appearances for Three Lions. Referee of the game is Mister Leontios Trattou from Cyprus.  Analysis San Marino vs England In their seventh match, England will be looking to maintain their 100% record in the Euro 2016 qualifiers. The Three Lions have been in fine form during their campaign so far, although they needed a late winner from Wayne Rooney last time out to beat Slovenia 3-2. By contrast, the hosts are still looking for their first win. San Marino is the only side yet to score in Euro 2016 qualifiers, although they have one point from six matches in Group E, after the 0-0 draw with Estonia. San Marino has yet to win a competitive match.  San Marino team news Pierangelo Manzaroli’s entire squad play for clubs based in San Marino. 39-year-old Andy Selva, is the country’s record scorer and most-capped player with eight goals and 70 international appearances. San Marino come into this match ranked 193rd in the world, making them the second-lowest ranked nation in Europe. San Marino has the second worst defense in the European Qualifiers, with 19 goals against in their first six matches. Only Gibraltar, who takes part in their first ever qualifying campaign since being recognized by UEFA has done worst. Funny fact: San Marino isn’t out of the game, by wining all of their last four fixtures they have a cance to qualify in the top two.  England team news England won their last six games. But manager Roy Hodgson may decide to give playing time to some of his younger players, by saving his stars for the Tuesday game against Switzerland. By winning the two matches, will guarantee England to progress the tournament in France as group winners. There are some inexperienced players likes the uncapped goalkeeper Tom Heaton, meanwhile Mason, Butland, Shelvey and Vardy all have just one cap. England has the second best attack in the qualifiers with 18 goals. Only Group D leaders, Poland have managed to scored more.  Betting tip – ENGLAND -5 goals England beat San Marino 5-0 at Wembley in the side’s first Group E meeting. Their record against San Marino is five wins in five matches. England scored 31 goals in those games with an average of over six goals per match, conceding just once, which happens to be a very famous goal indeed. Davide Gualtieri striking 8. 3 seconds into a FIFA World Cup qualifier, staged in Bologna on November 17-th 1993 remains the fastest goal in the history of the competition, in qualifying or a final tournament. Three Lions have never scored fewer than five goals against San Marino, and have conceded just once in the five meetings. This is why we suggest that England again could score more than five goals in Serravalle.” Click HERE

SPAIN vs SLOVAKIA

“Spain – Slovakia (5 September 2015) European Championship 2016 Qualification – Match Preview The top two teams in the European Champions qualifier Group C, Spain and Slovakia will face at the Estadio Nuevo Carlos Tartiere, in Oviedo. The defending European champions, hope to win, to be one step closer to Euro 2016. On the other hand, this is Slovakia first match point: with a victory coach Kozak team will virtually guarantee their place in the next summer tournament in France. Referee of the game is Mister Damir Skomina from Slovenia.  Analysis Spain vs Slovakia Unbeaten in six matches, Slovakia is the surprise leader of Group C. They are also the only team who managed to cause a defeat to Vicente Del Bosque team. Slovakia won 2-1 the first encounter in October 2014 in Zilina, Kucka and Stoch three minutes from time ensured the home team success. Slovakia and England are the only sides who won the opening six qualifying games: a 100% record. Slovakia has won all three of their Group C away games. In the other hand, Spain won five of their six Group C games. That is the only defeat in their last 41 qualifying games (37 wins and 3 draws). From June 7-th 2003 (1-0 to Greece), Spain is unbeaten at in 30 home qualifiers games in row, with 26 wins and 4 draws.  Spain team news Diego Costa and Juan Mata are back in the team after missing June’s matches. Arsenal right-back Hector Bellerin gained the first call for Spain, with the 20-year-old who is one of eight Premier League players that are included in the squad. Iker Casillas is likely to start for Spain between the posts, with De Gea not in the right condition to play, after the transfer blow to Real Madrid. Lots of fantasy in Del Bosque’s starting eleven, with Iniesta, Silva and Isco who will play behind the striker’s duo Costa and Pedro.  Slovakia team news Slovakia travels to Spain without five key players. Captain Skrtel, along with Michal Siplak, Andrej Kadlec, Juraj Kucka and Adam Zrelak are all suspended. In Skrtel’s absence, Marek Hamsik will captain the Slovakian team. The SSC Napoli striker and Willem II new signing, Adam Nemec hope to keep the 100 per cent record alive. After receiving his first call-up ate the age of 30, Lukas Tesak could make his debut in defense. Coach Kozak’s side won their last six international games.  Betting tip – SLOVAKIA +1. 75 With 15 goals, Spain is the top scoring team in Group C. But in this moment, the three points are the main goal for Del Bosque’s side. Spain needs at least four points in two matches to qualify, and a 1-0 result is enough to beat Slovakia as the Groups winners. “La Roja” failed to score more than one goal in their last two matches with Ukraine and Belarus. Slovakia’s defense is one of European Qualifiers best, with only three goals against. So we predict the +1. 75 in Slovakia’s favor.” Click HERE]]>
