Weekly Update - 18th March
Apologies that the latest weekly update is a day late!!. We had a brilliant start to the month, but we’ve had a bit of a dip over the past week, with some fancied runners not exactly performing as anticipated. We're coming towards the end of the National Hunt season, with plenty of runners winding up for the year, and are experiencing much better ground now than they've had all term. However, we’re still yielding 27% for March with a profit of +480. They’ll likely be fewer selections made for the rest of this week, as ever, all depending on prices available to us, with two strongly fancied horses earmarked to run on Sunday. We’re extremely positive that we will steadily build up our profits for the month, and aim to end March on a high, posting a four-figure profit!!. As ever, feel free to get in touch with any questions you may have regarding the service. Enjoy the rest of your week!! Kind Regards John!!
Weekly Update - 10th March
It’s been a very positive start to March following a poor February. We’ve had seven winning bets from the nine selections posted since last Monday (one non-runner). As you can imagine, we’ve got a busy week ahead with the Cheltenham Festival and various other meetings up and down the land throughout the week, but our aim is to remain selective with our picks to ensure the maximum rewards, as this week is notoriously tricky for punters. I have to say, punting at the Cheltenham Festival in previous years has been a profitable adventure for me, and I hope to share some select and winning selections with my clients this week, starting with one of my strongest fancied runners of the week on the opening day!!. Apologies that this week’s update has been brief, but I’m sure you’d rather me spend my time picking out winners than blabbering on excessively :). That will return next week, when I’ll have more time to bore you with my thoughts. Best of luck to all for the week ahead. Enjoy the sport!! Kind Regards John!!
Weekly Update - 3rd March
We’ve made a positive start to March with our seven selections achieving finishing positions of 3-2-3-1-2-3-1. We’re bidding to go on a little run of winners now to set us up nicely for the month. As followers of the selections will have hopefully noticed, a large percentage of our runners are often there or thereabouts, as the statistics in the ‘End of Month Review’ for February demonstrates (below). So hopefully you’ll get plenty of enjoyment out of following and watching our selections run, but as ever, making a sustained long-term profit is what it’s all about, and that’s also something we’re certain we can give to our clients. Annie Power at Cheltenham!! I hate to say ‘I told you so’, but….. ;). Readers of the 3rd February ‘Weekly Update’ edition were told that Annie Power was heading for the World Hurdle with Ruby Walsh in the saddle. We do hope some of you were able to get on at the fancy prices, with the wonder-mare now a top industry price of just 2/1. I wouldn’t put anyone off backing that price either, as she’ll likely be closer to EVENS on the day in my opinion, and she’ll win it too!! Until next time, please feel free to send in any questions or feedback. I’d be happy to address them in next week’s update. Kind Regards John!!
