Today marks 2 years since Aiden Monroe placed his first selection on our trial platform.
To celebrate we’ve taken a look through his record and picked out some of his highlights.
Aiden placed his first selection on our trial platform on the 6th August 2011, it was in a race at Ascot where he selected Dungannon in an each way bet. Of course it won, perhaps an omen of things to come, and Aiden went on to finish his trial with a very strong record.
Our trial requirements have got considerably tougher since then but Aiden achieved everything we would have asked of him if he was on trial now and he was promoted to the main site on the 7th September 2011, a month after starting his trial.
September saw Aidens first ever losing month and there have only ever been two losing months since, April and October 2012 were the only ever months where Aiden didn’t make a profit.
Perhaps it was just that Aiden needed to get used to the new platform or perhaps it was just variance at play, in the end Aiden swiftly recouped the September losses the following month, actually finishing with one of his highest grossing months in his time online with a profit of 3042 units and a 68% yield.
Aiden finished 2011 with a profit of 6574.35 units and a yield of 33.84%.
2012 started really well for Aiden with his most profitable month ever, he raked in 4690 units and a yield of 88.84%, he followed that up with two more profitable months before hitting his longest ever losing run and his biggest ever loss in April.
It took Aiden a little longer to recoup his losses that time but by the end of June he was back in profit and put two solid months back to back with over 1000 units of profit in both July and August.
Aidens last losing month in October 2012 was swiftly forgotten as he picked up over 1800 units of profit in November and December. In all, 2012 was an excellent year for Aiden with a profit of over eleven thousand units (or 156 points of you prefer).
2013 is shaping up to be another good year with no losing months so far and a yield over 20% at the time of writing.
We’ve really enjoyed following Aidens progress over the last two years and hope to see more of the same in the future.
