So, after a break (Easter holidays) Stuart got in front of the camera to give his thoughts on a few games.
Jason Mills sent in his analysis as always and here are Stuarts thoughts and also what Jason has to say.
Bundesliga: Bayern Munich v Werder Bremen
Bayern are hot favourites here and my ratings have them actually shorter than the tiny odds they are already, so we need to look a little deeper to find a decent bet worthy of the risk. In the last 4 matches Ribbery has scored 6 goals against Bremen and is 2.00 to score anytime in this match.
Premier League: Liverpool v Chelsea
It wouldn’t be fair to my paying clients to give away my official selection for this match, so I’ve looked into the stats I use to find an alternative offering. Chelsea are very mean defensively they have conceded only 26 goals all season with 25 clean sheets from the 35 games already played. The midweek game away against Athletico finished 0-0 with another stalwart game defensively – Terry and Cech being injured is a concern and to hold Liverpool at bay all match is an ask, but a Chelsea clean sheet at half time at 2.15 looks a decent bet.
Serie A: Internazionale v Napoli
We’ve been given a close match to analyse here with no obvious short priced favourite so it’s a nice change to be able to go with a 1×2 selection – Historically there is a definite home bias between these 2 so the selection here is for an Inter win to carry on their excellent run of home form – Inter Milan to Win at 2.30
La Liga: Valencia v Atletico Madrid
This is a tricky match to predict, historically Atletico have the upper hand but it’s more so in Cup competitions rather than league matches – interestingly when the matches are played in Valencia there aren’t many goals scored …. it seems like Valencia have trouble getting past Atletico generally, but home advantage also stops Valencia conceding also – Under 2.5 goals is 1.78 at Sbobet.
